Raspberry Chocolate Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 2/3 cup Cashews (soaked)
- 6 tbsp Liquid Sweetener of Choice
- 2/3 cup Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Chopped Watermelon
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp Lecithin
- 2 tbsp Irish Moss Paste (2 parts soaked Irish Moss : 1 part Water)
- 2 tbsp Melted Cacao Butter
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into silicon molds and let set for 4-6 hours in freezer.
