3 Layer Banana Fudge Lucumalate Chocolate Cup
Ingredients
Lucumalate Layer
- ½ cup Lucuma Powder
- ½ cup Melted Cacao Butter
- ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
- A Pinch of Salt
Chocolate Layer
- ½ cup Cacao Powder
- ½ cup Melted Cacao Butter
- ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
- A Pinch of Salt
Banana Fudge Layer
- 6 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 5 tbsp Chopped Banana
- ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Mesquite Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- A Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Mix all Lucumalate Layer Ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into cup mold 1/3 of the way up.
- Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.

- Score Lucumalate Layer with fork and Pour Chocolate Layer on top of Lucumalate Layer 2/3 of the way up.
- Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- Blend all Banana Fudge Layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Score Chocolate Layer with fork and Pour Banana Fudge Layer on top of Chocolate Layer to top of mold.
- Set in Freezer for 30 minutes.
