3 Layer Banana Fudge Lucumalate Chocolate Cup

Ingredients
Lucumalate Layer
  • ½ cup Lucuma Powder
  • ½ cup Melted Cacao Butter
  • ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
  • A Pinch of Salt

Chocolate Layer
  • ½ cup Cacao Powder
  • ½ cup Melted Cacao Butter
  • ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
  • A Pinch of Salt

Banana Fudge Layer
  • 6 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 5 tbsp Chopped Banana
  • ¼ cup Liquid Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Mesquite Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A Pinch of Salt

Instructions
  1. Mix all Lucumalate Layer Ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into cup mold 1/3 of the way up.
  3. Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Mix all Chocolate Layer Ingredients in a bowl. For more information on how to make a Truly Raw Chocolate Click Here
  5. Score Lucumalate Layer with fork and Pour Chocolate Layer on top of Lucumalate Layer 2/3 of the way up.
  6. Set in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Blend all Banana Fudge Layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  8. Score Chocolate Layer with fork and Pour Banana Fudge Layer on top of Chocolate Layer to top of mold.
  9. Set in Freezer for 30 minutes.
