The Oakland Thorntree
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Caorunn Gin
- 3/4 oz. Apple-Acacia Syrup*
Garnish: Meyer lemon zest
Instructions
Stir over ice and strain onto a large ice cube. Garnish with Meyer lemon zest.
*Apple-Acacia Syrup (makes about 50 oz.)
3 1/2 lbs. Granny Smith apples
6 cups water
4 cups sugar, divided
40 bunches fresh Acacia flowers
Juice and zest of 2 Meyer lemons
1 cup Caorunn Gin
