Milo Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 11/4 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of Milo
- 1/2 cup of Melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of water
- Chopped strawberries to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to about 350 F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl except the sugar.
- Cream the whisked egg, melted butter, vanilla, water and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Mix both dry and wet ingredients and incorporate air into the batter while mixing it in.
- Grease the pan and pour in the mixture and put in the oven.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes. To test if the cake is done, stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out moist, it still needs oven time but if it comes out dry its ready.
- Sprinkle your chopped strawberries on the top of the cake and enjoy.
