Gluten-Free Pasta with Rosemary Tomato Sauce
Gluten-Free Pasta with Rosemary Tomato Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 1 package of gluten-free elbow pasta
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes, fresh or bpa-free can
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried chili pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add in garlic and brown for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Lower heat to medium; add in water tomatoes, rosemary, chili flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cover the sauce pan, and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Prepare pasta as directed on package. 
  6. Divide pasta into four portions, top with sauce and serve. Enjoy!
