Gingersnap Shake
Makes 1 big glass or 2 small glass
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon molasses
Cookie Rim
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 10-15 small gingersnap cookies, crumbled
Instructions
- Add all six ingredients into your blender and blend until ice is completely everything is blended into a smoothie. For the cookie rim
- You’ll need two shallow dishes, I used small plates.
- Add the agave to one and the gingersnap crumbs to another.
- Dip the rim of the glasses in the agave and then in the cookie crumbs.
- Pour the milkshake into your glass and ENJOY!
