Easy Tasty Paal Payasam with just 3 ingredients

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Broken Chamba Rice (Or a hand full)

Instructions
  1. Take a pressure cooker, 1 cup sugar.
  2. Then add add 4 cups of milk into it.
  3. Then add 1/3 cup or a hand full broken chamba rice.
  4. Close the lid and put the pressure regulator also. Cook it for 30 minute in simmer. Then switch of the flame keep it aside for another 30 minutes. Now the paal payasam is ready to serve.

Note
  1. Broken chamba rice is best for this payasam.
  2. An easy way to remember the ratio of milk, sugar and rice used is 4:1:1. That is 4 cups of milk, 1 cups of sugar, 1 handful of rice.
  3. If chamba rice is not available, then white rice can also be used.
