Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Serves: 1½ cups

Ingredients
  1. 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
  2. ½ cup cocoa powder
  3. ⅓ cup honey or ½ cup Grade A maple syrup
  4. 2 Tablespoons cacao butter, melted

Instructions
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.
  • Process until smooth, scraping down a couple of times.
  • Frost your cookies, cake, or simply eat by the spoonful!

Notes
For a Vegan frosting, use Maple Syrup.
