Avocado Boats with Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado Pear
- 1/4 cup of shrimpivory coast food recipes
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 maggi cube
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt or Suya Pepper
- A handful of shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of salad cream or mayonnaise
Instructions
- Wash and peel the shrimps (if they have shells)
- Season it with the maggi and suya pepper or seasoned salt
- Pour the water into the pot and place seasoned shrimp and boil for 8 minutes on medium heat.
- Empty shrimp into a bowl and place in fridge to cool for about 10-15 minutes
- Mix shrimp with carrots, barbecue sauce and mayonnaise.
- Slice avocado pear in half and place the shrimp salad in the pear.
