Mango Matcha Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe mango peeled and stoned
  • ½ tsp matcha ( I used teapigs organic matcha)
  • ½ tsp minced ginger
  • 240ml (1 cup) almond milk
  • Date or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions
  1. Blend everything together and serve.

Notes
For non vegans - 125ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt and 125ml (1/2 cup) water instead of the almond milk. 
Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
