Mango Matcha Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango peeled and stoned
- ½ tsp matcha ( I used teapigs organic matcha)
- ½ tsp minced ginger
- 240ml (1 cup) almond milk
- Date or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend everything together and serve.
Notes
For non vegans - 125ml (1/2 cup) Greek yoghurt and 125ml (1/2 cup) water instead of the almond milk.
Add more matcha if you want a stronger taste.
