Durian Chocolate Mesquite Truffles

Ingredients
Truffles
  • 1 cup Cashews (soaked & dehydrated)
  • 1 cup Durian
  • 1 c Dates (soaked in water for 10-20 mins)
  • ¾ cup Cacao Powder
  • ¾ cup Mesquite Powder
  • 2 tbsp Liquid Sweetener of Choice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Coating
  • ¼ cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Blitz nuts in food processor until a meal consistency is achieved.
  2. Add remaining truffle ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  3. Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes then roll into balls and coat in cacao powder cinnamon mix.
  4. Eat immediately!
