Chocolate Easter Egg Recipe with Durian Vanilla Filling
Chocolate Easter Egg Recipe with Durian Vanilla Filling

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Durian Flesh
  • 1 ¼ cup Peeled Pili Nuts (soaked)
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 6 tbsp Liquid Sweetener of Choice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lecithin
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Vanilla Beans

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add coconut oil and blend until incorporated.
  3. Put in freezer for 4-5 hours or until you can scoop solid chunks of it out easily with a spoon.
  4. Make 1-2 portions of my Liquid Raw Chocolate Mixture. I added 9 drops of Medicine Flower Blueberry Essence to each portion of the chocolate give it an extra zing!
  5. Scoop out egg shaped chunks of filling with a regular ol' spoon and smooth out with your other hand, then dip in liquid raw chocolate.
  6. Cover entire eggs in chocolate by turning over with your spoon and another fork, then put on a silicon mat and let set in the fridge or freezer.
  7. In the fridge they will have a gooey Creeem Freesh truffle texture, in the fridge they become like a magnum ice cream. Either way, they're Freeshin' Incredible!
