Waldorf Salad with Cranberries and Walnuts
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- ½ cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 medium jazz apples, diced
- 1 medium ambrosia apple, diced
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and vinegar.
- Add diced apples to yogurt, stir to coat.
- Sprinkle in the walnuts and cranberries, stir to combine.
- Serve chilled.
