Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 5-6 medium to large peaches, sliced
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 8-10 Medjool dates, diced
- 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Spread peaches evenly into the bottom of a square, approximately 8×8-inch baking dish (ceramic or glass).
- In your food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, cinnamon, dates, and coconut oil. Pulse until combined and crumbly.
- Sprinkle your crumbly almond flour mixture right over those freshy fresh sliced peaches.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are piping hot and the crumble has browned nicely.
- Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
