Ingredients
  • 5-6 medium to large peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 8-10 Medjool dates, diced
  • 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Spread peaches evenly into the bottom of a square, approximately 8×8-inch baking dish (ceramic or glass).
  3. In your food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, cinnamon, dates, and coconut oil. Pulse until combined and crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle your crumbly almond flour mixture right over those freshy fresh sliced peaches.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are piping hot and the crumble has browned nicely.
  6. Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
