Gluten-Free Pasta with Rosemary Tomato Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 package of gluten-free elbow pasta
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups diced tomatoes, fresh or bpa-free can
- 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried chili pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add in garlic and brown for 1-2 minutes.
- Lower heat to medium; add in water tomatoes, rosemary, chili flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cover the sauce pan, and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Prepare pasta as directed on package.
- Divide pasta into four portions, top with sauce and serve. Enjoy!
