Wheat Bread,Vegetable, Egg Cakes

Makes 4 pieces

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup crumbled wheat bread
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Carrots
  • 1 table spoon chopped Onion
  • Chopped Green Peppers
  • Chopped Red Peppers
  • 1 table spoon boiled Green Beans
  • Seasoning cubes to taste
  • Pinch Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil

Instructions
  1. Crumble the wheat bread
  2. Beat the Eggs
  3. Add all the Ingredients into beaten egg and mix well
  4. Add the bread into the mixture
  5. Heat the oil and fry the mixture, turning on the sides to cook well. You may want to pierce  the cake through with a fork to get it to cook through
  6. Serve warm with tea.
