Wheat Bread,Vegetable, Egg Cakes
Makes 4 pieces
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crumbled wheat bread
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded Carrots
- 1 table spoon chopped Onion
- Chopped Green Peppers
- Chopped Red Peppers
- 1 table spoon boiled Green Beans
- Seasoning cubes to taste
- Pinch Curry Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crumble the wheat bread
- Beat the Eggs
- Add all the Ingredients into beaten egg and mix well
- Add the bread into the mixture
- Heat the oil and fry the mixture, turning on the sides to cook well. You may want to pierce the cake through with a fork to get it to cook through
- Serve warm with tea.
